yes they did manage to destroy all of them except for two or three that remain in private hands. I know there is one registered in Europe but I forget which country has it, there is the one at Scaled Composites & has been using as a chase plane, and there is one here in Indianapolis that flies in and out of here locally frequently. They were killed because the manufacturer thought not enough of them were sold to cover the development cost so each one of them represents millions in lost revenue because of that andthe upkeep and warranty work were too expensive and it was cheaper to buy them out.
